Chord Section - Announcement
Overview
Announcement bar will appear as a banner at the top of the header. It's a great way to promote discount codes, sales, or important information to your customers. The text area includes options to bold, italicize, and add a link to your text.

Customize section
Steps:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find chord theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
- In the Left-hand side of your screen, click the Announcement.
Section settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable announcement bar | Click the checkbox to enable the section. |
| Show close button | Announcement bar can be closed with the close icon. |
| Text | The text for the the section. |
| Background color | The background color for the section. |
| Text color | The text color for the section. |
